Whether you are close to home or hundreds of miles away, you have access to dependable help backed by GM Genuine Parts and ACDelco.
We stand behind our work. The Consumer Assurance Program is designed to protect you if eligible GM Genuine Parts or ACDelco parts require replacement within 24 months from the date of the original repair.
This coverage gives you confidence no matter where you travel. Here is how it works:
If a covered failure occurs within 25 miles of the original repair facility, return to that facility for possible warranty coverage.
If the failure occurs more than 25 miles away, call the Consumer Assurance Program at 800.ACDelco (800.223.3526), prompt 3, then prompt 1.
Present your original receipt to the repair facility.
After authorization, the repair will be completed and you will be back on the road.
This program is available through ACDelco Service Centers and supported by quality GM Genuine Parts and ACDelco components.
Coverage applies to light-duty vehicles only. Referral to another participating ACDelco Service Center will be provided if you cannot return to the original facility.
As a courtesy for servicing your vehicle with us, Naylor’s Auto Repair provides Roadside Assistance for 12 months from the date on your invoice. This benefit is included at no additional charge.

This coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is limited to the vehicle listed on your invoice. It is not transferable.
Most GM Genuine Parts and ACDelco replacement parts installed at Naylor’s Auto Repair are covered by a 24-month, unlimited-mileage Limited Warranty. This warranty applies to parts purchased on or after April 1, 2018, by the original retail purchaser. Ask us for complete warranty details and information on potential labor coverage.
