Whether you are close to home or on the open road, ACDelco Service Centers offer you the benefits of dependable GM Genuine Parts and ACDelco parts.
The Consumer Assurance Program is our way of letting you know that we stand behind each and every quality GM Genuine Parts and ACDelco part we sell. If eligible equipment from GM Genuine Parts or ACDelco requires replacement within 24 months* from the time of the original repair, we’ve got you covered.
Here’s all you need to do to get back on the road:
- If the failure occurs within 25 miles of the original repair facility,** please return to the original facility for possible GM Genuine Parts and ACDelco warranty coverage of the part.
- If the failure occurs more than 25 miles from the original repair facility, call the Consumer Assurance Program toll-free at 800.ACDelco (800.223.3526), prompt 3, then prompt 1.
- Present your original receipt to the repair facility.
- After the repair facility authorizes your receipt, the repairs will be made and you will be on your way.

Limited Coverage - 12 Months Unlimited Miles
As a courtesy for having your vehicle serviced with us, Roadside Assistance is provided to you for a period of 12 months from the date identified on your invoice.
This benefit is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Coverage is strictly limited to the specific vehicle identified on the original invoice. Roadside service is available in the United States and Canada.
Covered services include:
- Towing†
- Lockout service
- Flat-tire assistance
- Fuel, oil, fluid, and coolant delivery service. You must pay for the costs of the actual fluids delivered.
- Battery jump-start
Call 800.ACDelco (800.223.3526), prompt 3, then prompt 2, to be connected with a nationwide service provider. Payment is not required for covered services.
