Naylors auto repair is amazing. The people that work there and the owner of the place are really great to talk to and they take care of their clients. They fixed the problem that the other shops couldn’t figure out to fix. I have spent two weeks without a vehicle until I had my car towed to naylors. The owner took it in they kept me updated and fix it within a few hours of it being there. They are the real deal. I highly recommend this auto shop because everywhere I have taken my vehicles to have pushed me around and fixed things that didn’t need to be fixed naylors diagnosed it right away and took care of the problem. Blessed to have naylors as my #1 place to go now for all my vehicles.

My girlfriend and I have had a lot of bad experiences with mechanics in the past, but after meeting Steve Naylor, and having him as our mechanic, we will never have to worry about finding a good mechanic again. Steve is very kind, and personable; he is just one of those people you get a good feeling about the second you meet him. We needed multiple things fixed on a car that we depend on for work, and transporting our daughter to/from school. We were in a situation that a lot of other mechanics might have taken advantage of, but Steve treated us like people and provided us with honesty, and fairness throughout our entire experience with him. There is also a very friendly, and lovely receptionist that greets you when you walk in. Mechanics like Steve are rare, but they do exist.

Visited Boise briefly for meetings and had car trouble on the way. Naylor’s took my appointment the same day I called and had my car ready to go by closing. I was in meetings and they were able to text an estimate to not disturb. Very fair price for labour, very grateful I found them for my mechanic needs.Highly recommend Naylor’s.
These guys did a great job working with me to get my car's A/C fixed! I really appreciated their expertise and willingness to work with me - they also were able to get me a better price than I'd found anywhere else. They were able to get the work done in a matter of a few hours tops and now my A/C is blowing cold again. Would highly recommend Naylor's.
Great shop. They really know their stuff. I have two older Toyotas that I refuse to take anywhere else because they can find the problem and fix it faster and less expensive than "the experts" at the dealership
Everyone down at Naylor's has gone above and beyond over and over again for me! It's nice to have a shop that does good work, is honest and trustworthy! It's hard to find that these days with a lot of shops around town!
Definitely would recommend Naylor's Auto Repair. They did a great job replacing the timing belt on my Toyota. Great customer service and affordable prices.
